We're looking for an Information Manager to join our team based in the South West of England
Location: South West England - hybrid working
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Environment Agency CDF team (collaborative delivery framework), where you'll play a key role in implementing our information management processes across the projects that include flood and coastal risk management. You'll ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and industry standards, whilst supporting the delivery of client requirements. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you'll help shape how we manage information across our projects, making a real difference to the quality and efficiency of our work.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Information Manager, you'll be supporting the team in delivering compliant and efficient information processes across projects.
Your day to day will include:
* Implementing our Digital by Default strategy for information management, including CDE systems and processes across live projects
* Conducting audits and generating compliance reports, working collaboratively with project teams to address any issues
* Delivering training courses and upskilling sessions to information coordinators and project teams
* Managing and mentoring information coordinators, including performance reviews and ongoing support
* Ensuring all projects follow ISO 19650 standards and Kier's information management protocols
What are we looking for?
This role of Information Manager is great for you if you hold:
* Understanding of the practical application of information procedures, including effective and complex workflows, change control and management
* Demonstrative capability of delivery ISO 19650 across projects
* Proficiency in the management of EDMs configured to CDE principles, viewpoint for projects preferred
* Understanding of user secruity permisssions
* Experience working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, tier 1 company ideally
* Experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams and sub-contractors with the ability to educate all stakeholders in CDE protocools, ensuring adherence
* Comprehension and administration of ISO 19650-2 National Annex, including TIDP and MIDP management
* Experience of conducting audits
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of tools (excel, teams and sharepoint)
* Full driving licence
