Elevation Recruitment’s Design & Projects Division is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Sub-Contract Project Manager to lead key outsourcing initiatives. This 9-month fixed-term contract is ideal for a seasoned project manager with strong vendor management experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. The Role You’ll act as a critical link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring outsourced projects are delivered to specification while managing risk, cost, and performance. You’ll lead across contract negotiation, quality control, financial oversight, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Identify and manage outsourcing partners, ensuring clear communication and effective relationships Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance throughout project lifecycles Define and uphold quality standards, leading audits and corrective actions where needed Oversee budgets and drive cost efficiencies without compromising standards Maintain detailed project schedules and coordinate cross-functional resources Report progress, risks, and KPIs to senior stakeholders About You 3–5 years’ experience in project management, with a strong focus on outsourcing or subcontractor management Comfortable managing projects under strict time, cost, and quality requirements Strong communicator, negotiator, and collaborator Familiar with methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or PMP Background in manufacturing or similar industries is a strong advantage Data-driven mindset with strong risk and vendor performance management experience Why Apply?
