We are currently working with a great company based in Oldham, who are looking to appoint a Business Administrator to join their team. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Key Duties
Reporting to both Sales & Business Manager – you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support for all Clients
5. Manage & Coordinate all Sales & Proposals between Clients
6. Liaise with Clients Daily – Dealing with all Queries including Credit Searches & Finance Proposals
7. Using CRM systems to help ensure all Sales are processed
8. Raise Invoices / Ensuring prompt payments for all Sales
9. Record & Update all Clients Information
10. Generate & Issue relevant Finance Documentation
Profile:
11. Must have at least 12 months experience working within the Financial Services sector
12. Solid Admin experience required
13. Strong communication skills – Verbal & Written
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
15. Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills
