We are recruiting for a Sales Supervisor with over 2 yrs+ experience selling PREMIUM / LUXURY WRTW / MRTW
Our client is renowned for their modern and on trend ready-to-wear and accessory designs which have been worn by fashion forward royals and various high-profile celebrities. The Sales Supervisor will support the management team with essential shop floor tasks including offering supportand training to the sales team when required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for the brand as well as being a trustworthy point of contact for their colleagues,

The Role:
* Reporting to the General Manager & Assistant Store Manager
* Supporting Sales Associates Team
* Key holder - Responsible for opening and closing store in absence of General Manager
* Meets personal and store sales goals.
* Delivering knowledge on clientelling and CRM functions
* Focus on delivering the ultimate of client experience and building rapport with clients
* Assists in the training of sales staff in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenance
* Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
* Maintains a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
Visual Merchandising:
* Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized and reflects the brand image at all times
* Ensures deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner.
* Effectively relays any client feedback regarding successes and/or opportunities about product

Ideal candidate:
* 2yrs + experience within a fashion premium / luxury environment
* Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion
* Uses own initiative with the ability to be reliable to the sales team
* Dynamic interpersonal, written and verbal communication
* Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude to clients and colleagues
* Casual / Smart and well-groomed in appearance.
* Sales driven and determined to succeed
* Able to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Additional to the basic salary is: 1% commission on every sale, 2% commission once the store hits target, including clothing allowance, 30 days holiday and private health care.
