The Role
Your core responsibility is to leverage your project management expertise to guide new partners through their evolution to success. This role represents a shift from delivering projects for an organisation to designing, launching, and scaling growth trajectories for yourself and for those you support.
Core Duties
Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to assess, qualify, and onboard high calibre partners aligned with organisational standards and values.
Ability to work autonomously
Provide ongoing one-to-one guidance to new partners, ensuring effective execution of the defined success roadmap and achievement of agreed milestones.
Actively participate in and contribute to weekly live training sessions, sharing strategic insights, best practices, and industry expertise within a global results-driven network.
Execute and optimise multi-platform digital marketing initiatives to maximise market reach, engagement, and growth.
Skills & Experience
A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in strategy driven or delivery focused roles, such as Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, or comparable disciplines.
Demonstrated capability to work at a senior or independent contributor level, applying structured thinking, execution discipline, and accountability to achieve defined outcomes.
Maintain a strong organised and efficient work environment.
Motivated to undertake a significant professional challenge or explore an alternative, performance-based career pathway.
Full professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills appropriate for global, stakeholder facing environments.
A growth-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in personal development and continuous learning, aligned with the organisation's focus on success education.
