My client, a notable Property Company/Managing Agent, is seeking a Building Manager/Operations Manager - Soft Services to oversee the operations of a 300,000 sq ft site. You will collaborate with a wider team, including the General Manager and Engineering Manager.
Candidates should have prior experience managing a site of similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, and overseeing health and safety on site. IOSH or NEBOSH certifications are essential. The role also involves engaging with the building app, encouraging customer engagement, mobilising new service partners, activating space, and organising events for customers.
In addition to managing service partners, you will engage daily with end users (tenants). Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial to operate this flagship site successfully.
