The Role
We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager who excels at solving complex problems, building relationships, and driving results. You will be the primary escalation point for customer issues, ensuring effective resolution and collaboration across teams. If you’re calm under pressure, data-driven, and people-focused, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage escalations, leading communication and resolution across teams.
2. Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and customer firms.
3. Develop strong relationships with operational teams at customer firms, becoming a trusted advisor.
4. Lead customer success initiatives like check-ins, training, and workshops.
5. Identify process improvements to enhance delivery speed and quality.
6. Utilize data to monitor customer health, identify risks, and inform improvements.
Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge of fintech or adviser platforms and understanding of Seccl’s role.
* Experience managing escalations and complex queries.
* Ability to work across functions and coordinate multiple tasks.
* Data-savvy, with skills to analyze tickets and trends.
* Excellent communication skills—clear, calm, and confident.
* Curious, collaborative, and proactive in making improvements.
