Boden Group are recruiting for a Facilities Management Coordinator on behalf of a premium workspace operator with a portfolio of high quality buildings across the UK.
This role can be based in either Manchester or London and will support facilities operations across the full portfolio, working closely with on site community and building management teams. Some travel between locations will form part of the role.
The Role
You will act as the central point of contact for facilities related matters, coordinating maintenance activity, managing requests through the CAFM system and ensuring contractors deliver against agreed service levels.
Working closely with site teams, you will help maintain high operational standards across the portfolio while ensuring compliance and health and safety processes are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for facilities queries across multiple locations
* Manage maintenance requests and PPM activity through the CAFM system
* Coordinate contractors and monitor service level agreements
* Support building teams with maintenance, repairs and operational issues
* Oversee health and safety compliance, including tracking audit actions
* Prioritise and manage multiple requests across a fast paced portfolio
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in facilities coordination, property management or building operations
* Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities
* Strong communication skills when working with contractors and internal teams
* Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
