The Opportunity
The successful candidate will support the analysis, underwriting and execution of new investments, while also assisting with asset management and portfolio-level initiatives. The role provides hands-on exposure to live transactions and close interaction with senior decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining detailed financial models for acquisitions and existing assets
* Supporting investment underwriting, sensitivity analysis and returns modelling
* Assisting with due diligence, advisor coordination and transaction execution
* Contributing to asset management analysis and portfolio reporting
* Preparing investment papers, business plans and supporting materials
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s or graduate degree from a leading university – real estate, economics, business
* 1–2 years’ experience in real estate private equity, investment management, advisory or a related field
* Strong Excel-based financial modelling and analytical capability
* High attention to detail, well organised and commercially minded
* Confident working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
