Job Title: Test Manager with Automation Experience
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the test process and lead a team of test engineers in a hands‑on capacity.
* Develop, implement, and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks for multiple applications, including those with Graphical User Interfaces (GUI).
* Actively participate in the technology development and operations pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of testing procedures.
* Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize test objectives, strategies, and plans.
* Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
* Monitor, analyse, and report test results, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test management and automation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably with a focus on test automation.
* Strong hands‑on experience with GUI testing and automated testing tools.
* In‑depth knowledge of the technology development and operations pipeline.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry trends.
