This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who can transform technical and organisational information into clear, engaging content. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to craft messaging that informs, engages, and aligns with business goals. You will be involved in multiple content formats, including written communications, video snippets, and visual designs, supporting change management, internal updates, and stakeholder communications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with executive and technical teams to gather and understand information on product releases, business changes, or strategic initiatives. Draft clear and concise communications tailored for internal and external stakeholders. Create and edit short, engaging video content to support communications. Design visual content using modern design tools in line with brand tone and accessibility standards. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all communication assets. Leverage Microsoft Office 365 tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) to manage and distribute content. Ensure consistency and quality across all messaging platforms and formats. Support campaign planning and coordination across different channels. Ensure all communications are inclusive, accurate, and audience-appropriate. Continuously improve content development processes based on feedback and performance insights. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in writing and producing professional communications content. Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content. Proficiency in content design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. Excellent written English, including grammar, structure, and tone. Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex topics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and technical subject matter experts. Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-driven approach. Understanding of accessibility and content best practices. Desirable Experience Experience working in large-scale or multinational organisations. Familiarity with content management systems or intranet platforms. Knowledge of change communication and stakeholder engagement. Awareness of visual storytelling and brand compliance. Experience using analytics or feedback to improve communication outcomes.
