Job Overview:
St Martins Care is recruiting for a Bank Senior Care Assistant to work at their busy Residential Care Home. We are looking for an experienced care professional with knowledge of medication management and CQC compliance. Location:
The service premises, with potential to work from other locations with notice.
Role-specific Duties:
1. Ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery, respecting their wishes and preferences to enhance wellbeing.
2. Supervise staff and ensure efficient service operation.
3. Promote and protect the welfare of individuals supported by the service.

* Develop effective relationships with colleagues, residents, their loved ones, and multidisciplinary teams.

Essential Criteria:
* Vocational qualification Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Level 3 Medication Management qualification.
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Skills:
* Maintain care plans and records in compliance with policies.
* Effective communication and rapport-building with residents.
* Problem-solving skills for quick adaptation and solution development.
* Assist residents with daily tasks per care plans.
* Supervise staff providing support.
* Dispense medication following policies.
Previous Experience:
Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
