The Role and the Ideal Candidate
A degree in Physics or a closely related subject (QTS or PGCE preferred)
Experience teaching Physics at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Ability to deliver high-quality, engaging Physics lessons that promote critical thinking and a love of science
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to suit varied learning needs
Committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and student welfare
