We’re recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics Lead Software Developer to join our team! This is a permanent role, working 37 hours a week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based, with flexibility to attend key events and workshops as required.
This role can be contractually based out of our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, with travel expected to all VIVID offices.

You’ll be an advocate for change and challenge ideas and processes for the better based on experience. You will have experience of development as part of the entire development lifecycle from code to test to deployment and support.
The Microsoft Dynamics Lead Software Developer will have experience developing MS 365 Power Applications within Dynamics CE environments including Model Driven, Canvas, Plugins, JavaScript, Cloud Flows and Workflows. Also have a knowledge of Omnichannel and Field Service including their concepts.
You’ll have a driven mindset to make sure that quality is at the heart of everything we do including experience of building unit tests, writing and delivering standard / automated tests including knowledge / experience of Penetration / Performance testing.
You’ll have experience of working in Azure or integrating with Azure with Queuing technologies, Azure Functions, Azure App Services or Logic Apps. Also experience of developing Model View Controller based applications. And experience of Azure DevOps including deployment via ADO pipelines and understand YAML coding language.
As Microsoft Dynamics Lead Software Developer, you’ll be a leader to our junior staff making sure managing a development team ensuring that they have the support and nurturing they need to grow their skills.
You’ll have experience working in a fast-moving agile team including daily stand ups, sprint retro’s, sprint planning and refinement.
You’ll have experience of working on MS D365 projects. You’ll relate well to other professional disciplines and have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to work productively in a team environment.
