Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and customer support to UK and overseas customers via phone, email, and secure remote access tools
* Respond to support inquiries, diagnosing and resolving issues systematically
* Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in communication
* Assist in troubleshooting issues across Linux-based operating systems and integrated monitoring systems
* Support configuration, upgrades, repairs, and software updates under guidance
* Carry out remote diagnostics in controlled industrial environments
* Assist with calibrations, installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities
* Collaborate with experienced engineers and operators in industrial environments
* Accurately log and manage support cases within customer support systems
* Produce clear service reports and technical documentation
* Help manage spares, tools, and stock for support activities
* Follow company Health & Safety and Quality procedures
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to process improvements
* Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning for professional development
