We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Trunking Normanton - Skelmersdale - this will be sharing a unit with another driver
The first 3.5 hours of each shift will involve assisting in the warehouse with loading outbound goods
Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
Regular completion of vehicle checks
this Role Would Suit People Who
Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
Ideally will have experience working in a night shift role previously
Comfortable with manual handling - will be assisting with loading in the warehouse
Happy to share a unit with another driver
Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply
