We’re the feel‑good fashion brand celebrating 55+ years of style, running over 300 stores across the UK. Our Festival Park store is a destination for trendsetters, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead the team to great results, an engaging customer experience, and a stylish, polished store.
Role
As the Festival Park Sales Manager you will:
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining a customer‑obsessed atmosphere.
* Create a unique and stylish shopping environment that reflects the latest fashion.
* Be accountable for store performance, working closely with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
* Foster a supportive team culture that encourages collaboration, resilience, and fun.
About You
* Have previous large store management experience.
* Have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
* Identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer.
* Have a history of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives.
* Possess commercial acumen and a good understanding of P&L and compliance reporting.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
