Job Title: Store Manager – Designate
Base Location: 249 Holylake Road, Moreton, Moreton CH46 0SL
Designate Role – You will travel to a variety of stores within a 1‑hour radius of your base location until you are appointed into a store.
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full‑time with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Shift details will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

The Role

The team gains expert knowledge from your coaching and shares this with our customers, increasing our sales and profits.
You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to beat sales and service targets. Together you will identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.

* Your previous retail experience in roles such as Retail/Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar, brings fresh thinking.
