CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

o $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:
* Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
o Week 1: $1,500
o Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
o 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
o 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
* New Drivers Pay: $0.53 CPM
* 1-Year Loyalty (at previous company): $0.54 CPM
* 2-Years Loyalty: $0.55 CPM
Job Requirements:
* 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
* No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years
* No DUI in past 10 years
* Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
