Requirements To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will be: A level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant (desired) Experienced in working with children or adults with SEN Strong in behaviour management Creative and think outside the box Nurturing and friendly Caring and Patient Well organised and flexible Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
