SEN Teaching Assistant Lancing £450 - £500 per week April – Long term position (until end of academic year) Refer a friend scheme - £125 for both of you! We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside our classroom teachers, supporting incredible young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as other additional needs. Requirements To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will be: A level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant (desired) Experienced in working with children or adults with SEN Strong in behaviour management Creative and think outside the box Nurturing and friendly Caring and Patient Well organised and flexible Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Experience working with children, either in or out of an education setting.
