We are looking for calm and resourceful support workers to join our friendly team in Tonbridge. You will be supporting one adult to live his life the way he wants to. Each day can be different when responding to the individual's needs, from taking part in activities and games to supporting to maintain the home environment. You will provide 2-1 focused care and support which includes some personal care.
We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to. You will be guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support to live the life they choose.
Variety of shifts available, from early/lates/long days/sleep ins.
You will ideally be looking for a full-time position although part time will be considered. It is essential that you have a full valid manual UK licence to drive the individual's vehicle.
