About the Role You will: • Teach engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and opportunities for Key Stage 5 depending on your subject specialism. • Use assessment to inform planning and ensure all students make strong progress. • Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued. • Work collaboratively with a strong department known for sharing resources and best practice. • Contribute to the school community through enrichment clubs, intervention sessions, or wider school initiatives.
