Our Opportunity
We’re excited to offer a Centre Leader opportunity at our newest Cheltenham dental centre. Currently operating 2 dental chairs and growing quickly, this is a fantastic chance to step into a leadership role where you can truly shape the future of the centre.
As Centre Leader, you’ll be hands-on and people-focused — leading daily operations, supporting your team, and helping build a strong, positive culture as the centre continues to expand. This role would suit an experienced Centre Leader, Practice Manager, or a Senior Dental Assistant ready to take the next step.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the day-to-day operations of a growing dental centre
* Coaching, supporting and developing your team
* Managing rosters, patient flow, stock and centre presentation
* Supporting dentists to ensure smooth and efficient clinical delivery
* Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Partnering with your Regional Manager to support centre growth and success
