This is a great time to join our Herefordshire Library service while we develop the new central library in the Shirehall. Support the delivery of an excellent Hereford and Belmont library service to the whole community.
In this customer-facing role, you will assist customers via email or telephone, answer day-to-day library enquiries, manage library materials (shelving, weeding), and support library operations. You will also provide essential digital support to customers using computers within the libraries, and assist with activities for all ages, including children's storytimes, craft sessions, and book-related events.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, community-minded individual eager to contribute to the development and daily operations of our high-quality service.
