We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our SDC warehouse, overseeing inbound, outbound, and all supporting operations. The successful candidate will be expected to take a practical approach to daily activities, leading by example, and must hold a valid MHE licence.
The core working days for this role will initially be Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but will transition to a 4-on, 4-off rotational shift pattern in line with business requirements.
The role will be based at our Sustainable Distribution Centre (NN7 2QA), with regular travel to our other sites in Grange Park (NN4 5FB).
What we offer:
- Base salary of £30,000 - £34,000 DOE
