Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:15am – 4:45pm This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist setting that supports young people with a range of additional needs. The Role Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs Assisting students to access learning and engage positively in classroom activities Supporting the development of communication, social skills, independence, and confidence Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff Helping to maintain a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting students' emotional wellbeing throughout the school day What We're Looking For Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role (essential) Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, or communication difficulties A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting learners Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential Why Join This School?
