The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for driv ing business excellence and transparency globally on behalf of all GRS functions offering leadership and subject matter expertise (SME) in analytics, data management and generating models which both influence and drive business decisions related to portfolio support, process, resource efficiencies, and key performance indicators. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for GRS LT members requiring financial, analytical and technical insight, support and recommendations. The candidate will possess a combination of technical aptitude and customer focus to craft data visualization s and analytics with the needs of stakeholder s in mind. Proven knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel software, Excel Macros, large / complex and wide ranging datasets (and interpretation of these datasets) will enable success in this role. This position is also accountable for identifying end to end process trends, opportunities for improvement, formulating projects and specifics plans necessary for corrective and preventive actions of the designated business needs. Management and interpretation of business data underpinning business strategy: A ccountability for proactive maintenance of detailed business information, interpretation of data, periodic report generation and management/coordination of resulting actions, proposals and decisions. Ownership of analytical information associated with a multiple GRS functions including GRS resourcing calculations, resource algorithms and associated budgets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership with the Sourcing and Productivity Strategies Lead to plan and execute business strategy and to drive assigned strategic initiatives, resources, timelines and reporting commitments. Leads the development of GRS Executive report combining financial and analytical data to demonstrate financial health and facilitate decision making. Presents key observations and addresses challenges to GRS LT. Lead s the development and creation of user-friendly data analysis tools, reports, and dashboards to facilitate Portfolio oversight and trending, as well as talent & workload management to conduct and promote data-driven decision making, as needed. Develops innovative ideas to resolve complex problems and leading the execution and acceleration of projects. Ensures and coordinates the maintenance of the data analysis tools, reports, and dashboards, aggregating and interpreting data in the most appropriate system to deliver meaningful and timely information, proposing options, recommendations, and actions. Educates and promotes the education of the stakeholders globally on the data analysis tools, reports, and dashboard to ensure that the intended data-storytelling is understood. Leads day-to-day operations of critical GRS department functions through delivery of workload forecasting, resource demand algorithms and unit cost modeling. Partners with Resource Demand Strategy function to interpret and analyze RAPID and AT data. Leads key vendor relationships ensuring robust g overnance structure s, performance measures and driving continuous improvement - ensuring inspection readiness by assuring access and transparency vendor documentation. Point of Contact with Procurement, MSP and PX across all locations. Represent Pfizer through periodic vendor visits across India, Europe and Latin America. Serves as a major source of innovative ideas seeking and developing efficiencies and effectiveness within GRS in collaboration with key stakeholders and supplier groups and business partners. Promotes professional development through mentoring and motivating and education of colleagues. Manages own time to meet objectives ; forecasts and plans resource requirements (people, financial and technology) for projects across d epartment. Operates as delegate for Sourcing and Productivity Strategies Lead as. QUALIFICIATIONS Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience where the individual has demonstrated ability to solve problems, interact with colleagues, leaders and customers across locations and manage a varied and unpredictable workload.
