About the Job Reporting to the Company Accountant, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties Key responsibilities Matching purchase orders Processing purchase invoices and monthly supplier statement reconciliations Reconcile company bank accounts in various currencies Assist with preparation of accounts Reconciliation of intercompany balances Assist with preparation of VAT returns, Intrastat and EC Sales Assist with maintaining schedules during preparation of quarterly accounts Previous experience Previous work experience in a similar role.
