Client Details Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a passionate and proactive Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer to join our team on a 23-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role in helping us deliver our commitment to creating a fair, inclusive, and respectful workplace that reflects the communities we serve. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will lead on the development and implementation of EDI strategies, support staff networks, and ensure compliance with equality legislation. You'll work collaboratively across departments to embed inclusive practices and foster a culture of belonging.
