The Role – Field Service Engineer This is a hands-on, varied, and well-paid engineering role where no two days are the same.You will: &9679; Travel to customer sites to service, maintain, install and commission ScaleAQ systems &9679; Diagnose and repair equipment including motors, gearboxes, drives, sensors, and PLC systems &9679; Carry out workshop repairs at our Fort William base &9679; Provide technical advice and support to customers &9679; Complete electronic job sheets, risk assessments, and reports Who We are Looking ForYou might already work in: &9679; Aquaculture &9679; Marine or offshore &9679; Industrial maintenance &9679; Manufacturing, automation, or plant engineering You will have: &9679; Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience &9679; Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, drives, sensors, or PLCs &9679; Good IT and fault-finding skills &9679; A full UK driving licence &9679; A flexible, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills Travel & On-Call You will travel across: &128205; Mainland Scotland &128205; Orkney &128205; Western Isles &128205; Ireland Some short-notice travel is required, and you will join a weekend on-call rota (with extra pay).
