Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality social work practice by managing a tailored caseload of children looked after.
* Support the Team Manager with responsibilities such as chairing stability meetings and low-level strategy meetings.
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues on complex casework, helping to raise overall team performance.
* Attend the Seaham office 1-2 days per week to support team activities and contribute to a strong, collaborative environment.
