Your Impact
* Own end-to-end email performance: Craft visually stunning, conversion-optimized "mailers" (copy + design) targeting creators.
* Master data-led storytelling: Translate client briefs into PR-grade narratives that drive open rates and conversion (key downloads and content).
* Scale creator growth: Optimize outreach to our database of influencers using A/B testing, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
* Shape strategy: Create new visual assets, position games, and build creator-centric campaigns.
* Play a part in the growth and development of the agency
Essentials We Need
* 2+ years in email performance marketing
* Portfolio showcasing high-impact visual/copy campaigns (e.g., mailers, landing pages, newsletters).
* Ability to turn complex USPs into compelling hooks (PR/strategy flair).
* Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Adobe CC), CRMs (HubSpot/Mailchimp), and analytics.
* Clear knowledge of email optimisation tools and strategies
* Passion for gaming and creator communities (interest in steam releases and gaming content).
Bonus Points For
* Games industry PR/marketing/influencer experience.
* Skills in video editing, community management (Discord/Twitter), or creator platforms.
* Obsession with gaming content (you know what makes creators click!).
