About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Campaigns Manager to work on innovative new products and campaigns within the Floorcare Business Unit. Reporting to the Head of Campaigns within the FC BU, this role is responsible for all product communication within one specific Floorcare subcategory – external campaigns and internal communication.
You will have ownership of a portfolio of 3+ products (with the same subcategory– e.g. Wet cleaners, Robot vacuums) and will be the global campaign/ marketing lead for this subcategory, supported by a Campaign Manager. This involves holistic ownership of all product launches and campaign performance; from strategy to delivery to execution. You will be influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders for full-funnel delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, Claims, Legal, Competitor, Communications, Insights, Digital, Retail, Social, Creative, Owner experience, RDD, Quality, Markets, Revenue, Media.
Leadership: You are the global marketing lead for this subcategory.
Be the key Commercial voice for cross-functional teams around the business – with product, market, owner, and competitor knowledge for your subcategory, to make decisions with confidence
Build strong relationships across a vast range of stakeholders – becoming the go-to-person for your subcategory (you will be the "hub")
Review market launch plans and partner with market Heads to ensure a consistent and high level of global execution, facilitating global sharing where value-adding
Rapidly digest and respond to senior stakeholder requests and, where required, problem solve to improve your portfolio's business performance
Set the go-to-market strategy for your portfolio and ensure all individual campaigns/ creatives/ channels/ market executions ladder up to this
Campaign strategy, delivery, execution
Full 360 campaign ownership, reviews, approvals and delivery – e.g. digital, social, retail, demonstrations, TV, OOH, post-purchase, CRM, Comms. Delivery of strong campaign and operational kits to markets so they execute successfully and to a high standard
Lead the cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns to markets on time, to brief, and to cost – in partnership with Programme Management – finding solutions to meet market requirements
Understand the product and technology, and gather consumer, market, and competitor data to make campaigns as strong as possible
Identify strong claims and partner with claims and legal to substantiate and rollout globally
Push channels and creative teams to achieve brief objectives and best in class execution
Monitor and report on market implementation of campaigns and marketing performance
About You
5+ years of experience in product marketing – including marketing strategy and campaign delivery
Strong leadership and cross-functional relationship skills
Strong influencing, communication and strong story-telling
Strong change management skills
Autonomous and confident decision-making and senior stakeholder communication
Proactive and problem-solving approach, positive energy
Commercial acumen with the ability to prioritise based on business impact
Team player with an interest in contributing to and improving the team and our processes
Passion for marketing and campaigns, as well as interest in product and technology
