Retail store assistant (with keyholder responsibility)
£12.71 per hour plus benefits

Hours: 5 – Sundays only
Location: Crieff Shop

What will I be doing?
* Overseeing the running of the shop on a Sunday, including keyholder responsibilities and supporting a diverse team of volunteers.
* Assisting the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
* Reviewing and processing donated goods and new stock.
* Developing and proposing creative ideas to generate new income.
* Using customer‑service skills to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and valued.
* Maintaining shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health and safety.
* Performing varied manual handling and physical activity as part of daily duties.
