Part-Time Compliance Manager - Hybrid | Birmingham or Nottingham

What's the Role?
As Compliance Manager, you'll help ensure the business remains fully aligned with relevant legal and professional regulations (e.g., ICAEW, AML, GDPR). This is a broad and visible role covering risk assessment, policy development, compliance training, and audit reviews.
You will have responsibility across:
* Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Oversee policies, training, and monitoring to ensure standards are upheld across the firm.
* Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively assess internal processes and help shape the future of compliance across multiple service lines.
* Client Onboarding & AML Procedures: Lead due diligence frameworks and maintain robust reporting processes.
* Monitoring & Audits: Regularly review internal controls, client files, and operational practices, and provide clear reporting to leadership.
* Training & Culture: Drive awareness and promote a positive compliance culture that aligns with the firm's values.
