Job Role: Insurance Administrator
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
As an Insurance Administrator, you will be an important part of the Knight Square Insurance team, ensuring we are able to administer new business, mid term adjustments and renewals for our insurance customers. The Insurance Administrator will mainly focus on administration tasks, supported by the team.
Providing customer centric insurance products for the client’s consumers.
This role reports into the Insurance Manager and has no direct reports.
The successful candidate will be a willing learner, able to self-motivate and drive forward performance and results.
Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the day-to-day administration of insurance.
Dealing with client queries via multiple channels – e.g. email, telephone, post – in a timely and professional manner.
Support the Knight Square Insurance strategic and operational goals.
Experience in the use of Microsoft applications; Word and Excel.
Awareness of FCA obligations, relevant to insurance provision, would be advantageous but not necessary.
