Key responsibilities for this EA / Office Manager position
* Providing high-quality EA support to numerous Partners
* Full diary management and coordination of complex schedules
* Managing travel
* Full inbox management
Office Management
* Acting as the first point of contact and welcoming guests as the face of the office
* Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
* Overseeing facilities management, maintenance and supplier relationships
* Managing office supplies and general administration
* Organising internal meetings, employee socials and office events
* Coordinating larger off‑site events
* Ordering and managing company merchandise
What background and experience is the company looking for?
* Previous experience within financial services is preferred (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Management, Hedge Funds or similar)
* Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in an EA or combined EA / Office Manager capacity
* Confident, friendly and professional manner, with the ability to host and engage external guests
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Highly trustworthy, with the confidence to manage full inbox access and sensitive information
* Proactive, self‑starting and comfortable working with autonomy
