Our client is a successful, growing law firm based in Accrington, with additional offices near Manchester. They specialise in Residential Property, Family Law, and Commercial Litigation.
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant with some Legal Accounting or Legal Reconciliation experience to join our expanding accounts team.
The ideal candidate will have good numeracy skills and be responsible for creating sales invoices and billing. A good understanding of invoicing, finance, and bookkeeping is essential. Experience with SRA accounts rules and providing accounts services in the legal sector would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, high accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
Training will be provided on our internal systems and case management system to support solicitors, legal teams, and the support staff.
Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience.
Working hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
