Our client, a niche company based in Blackburn, are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. The business has continuously grown over the past few years and need an extra person within their team due to the increase in workload.
Duties include:
* Raising sales invoices, any credit notes and making any amendments
* Purchase ledger including processing invoices across multiple companies, reconciling supplier statements and filing/scanning
* Preparation of supplier payments runs to payment deadlines.
* Assisting with banking, posting receipts and payments into Sage 200
* Supporting the wider finance team where necessary
* Dealingwith telephonequeriesin atimelyandfriendlymanner.
* Any other accounts assistant duties
