You will be responsible for the overall management, delivery, and performance of internal verification and quality assurance for the Level 3 Protective Services provision at Bridgwater College. This role also includes the joint leadership of our extracurricular programme, the 999 Academy. While primarily based at Bridgwater College, the successful candidate will be expected to teach across the UCS College Group as needed.
This is a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Protective Services and be able to leverage this experience to bring the curriculum to life. The role requires maintaining and developing strong relationships with external stakeholders to help learners understand the expectations and requirements of a career in the Uniformed Protective Services. The post holder will proactively build links locally, regionally, and nationally with key external agencies.
