Full job description
Our client works in the water and utilities sectors and they are seeking an experienced Construction Manage, with hands on experience, to manage one or more of their sites. To be responsible for works planning, resources, timesheets, site documentation, client documentation and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. This is a site based position, with regular travel to sites as required.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years construction management experience.
Ability to manage more than one contract.
Microsoft Project experience.
Relevant contracting experience.
IOSH Managing safely.
Aim to become NEBOSH qualified within 18 months.
Driving Licence.
CSCS Card
SMSTS

Experience :
Proven experience in the construction/pipe fitting industry, particularly related to small and large diameter process pipe work.
Expertise in managing construction sites, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Maintaining construction programmes.
Mechanical fitting background.
Welding knowledge/experience advantageous.
Any further training required to fulfil the role, will be provided by the company.
