Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries 9 in Europe and 3 outside Europe – in USA, China and at the final stage of establishment new office in India. We employ over 1500 people, and send our shipments to over 150 countries around the world.
The tasks we want to entrust you with:
Sales Specialist
Do you help to build a lasting customer relationship through excellent service and suitable processing of orders, quotations and claims? Do you work in a small and informal team, within an international environment? Then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
1. conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market) on the English market;
2. processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims;
3. providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
4. maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
5. filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products;
6. analysing the markets' needs and requirements;
7. meeting personal and team sales targets;
8. generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives;
9. administration and other office work.
What do we expect?
Requairements:
10. MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
11. sales experience (preferred);
12. fluent English;
13. proficiency in using computer and office software;
14. great communication skills;
15. customer orientation;
16. strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;
17. responsibility and self-discipline;
18. experience in administration/secretary task.
