We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join a high-profile public sector programme in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead delivery across complex projects, ensuring teams work effectively and deliver value at pace.
The Role
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes using Agile principles. You'll remove blockers, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational goals and GDS standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams to deliver products and services effectively.
* Manage delivery plans, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
* Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise and deliver value.
* Ensure compliance with GDS and public sector best practices.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in complex environments.
2. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery at scale.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
