Principal / Associate Director Wastewater Modelling We are looking for Senior Wastewater Modellers who are eager to advance their careers in innovative ways. We currently have openings in our UK-based teams to strengthen our existing workforce and support our frameworks with UK Water Companies. These roles offer the chance to contribute to the delivery of programmes and projects at various stages of the project lifecycle. Our water projects are centered around sustainability and are designed to protect the environment, reduce flood risk, improve water supplies, and add value to local communities. Key Responsibilities: * Contributing to the growth of the business through identifying, developing and delivering new workstreams and services. * Contributing to the growth of the team delivering Water Technical project work and securing future frameworks and projects. * Technical development and delivery of wastewater catchment strategies and solutions (including hydraulic modelling and analysis, model use studies, optioneering and cost-benefit analysis studies, to time, budget and the quality). * Responsible for and reporting of technical performance, forecasting and risk management * Continuous improvement of tools, procedures and processes to drive efficiency and innovation * Production of bids and proposals. * Travelling to client offices may be required * Line Management of project team members with responsibility for: day-to-day leadership and direction for team, workload planning, driving staff performance, and career development. * Working with other regional wastewater networks discipline leads. * Chartered or nearing Chartered status. * Experience in Integrated Catchment Modelling. * Working knowledge of contract types and procurement options. * Ensuring project financial and schedule performance. * Experience of supporting tendering procedures and putting together proposals. Demonstrable track record of technical delivery and client satisfaction within the water industry.
