Job Description
* To ensure consistency and highest quality in all culinary deliveries, maintaining the financial performance indicators in line with the budget.
* Actively lead and supervise kitchen operations, fostering a hands-on approach to food preparation, presentation, and execution.
* To regularly adapt and revisit the menus based on sales mix, demands, special promotion(s) and product availability.
* To interact closely with the Catering Sales team to assist in menu proposal.
* To follow and ensure that staff comply with HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications
* Exceptional leadership skills including motivation and goal-setting.
* Advanced culinary skills and knowledge of classic, food safety protocols and food waste reduction program.
* Able to lead and develop his/her to the standards set by the hotel.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
