Key Responsibilities Operate basic production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Carry out routine production tasks such as assembly, packaging, labeling, or material handling Follow strict health & safety and hygiene regulations at all times Ensure products meet required quality standards and report any defects Complete production records and documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work environment (e.g., GMP standards if applicable) Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets Assist with stock handling, including raw materials and finished goods Report equipment faults or safety concerns to supervisors Skills & Experience Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments (preferred but not always required) Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately Good attention to detail Basic literacy and numeracy skills Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop new skills Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Flexible approach to shift work (if applicable) Commitment to safety and quality Working Conditions May involve shift work (days, nights, weekends) Standing for long periods Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Work in controlled environments (e.g., cleanrooms, warehouses, or production lines)
