Job Specification: Dispensing Operative Location: Maryhill Science Park Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30-16:30 Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour Estimated Annual Take-Home with Bonuses: 26,000 About the Role We are recruiting for a Dispensing Operative to join a growing team based at Maryhill Science Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude who are looking to build a long-term career within a great working environment. You will begin in a hands-on role focusing on packing boxes and general support tasks. Over time, as you develop, you will progress into working with cobots and handling vials, gaining valuable technical experience in a clean, well-organised setting. Key Responsibilities Packing boxes and preparing products for dispatch Basic assembly and handling of materials Supporting daily manufacturing and warehouse workflows Picking and packing tasks as required Following health & safety guidelines at all times Progressing into cobot operation and vial handling after training Ideal Background Experience in any of the following is beneficial (but not essential ): Manufacturing Warehouse work Picking & packing Assembly or production line work The most important factor is attitude - reliability, willingness to learn, and a positive approach are key.
