Job Description
3. Support existing customers and potential customers by resolving issues as they arrive. This is a non-voice role (no phone calls, email only)
4. Improve the overall customer journey and by generating customer loyalty though exceptional online customer service.
5. Maintain professional, courteous and empathetic communication to build customer trust and loyalty through positive interactions.
6. Escalate issues to our Customer Services manager when necessary.
7. Manage time and workload independently while meeting target and response standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
8. Must have previous experience in a Customer Service role
9. Exceptional written English communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Excellent computer literacy
12. Strong internet connection and quality PC/Mac with Full HD resolution
13. Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
14. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Can commit to an initial on-going temporary role.
