As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies across all ad types tailored to the French market, ensuring optimal visibility and growth for the company's brands on Amazon.
The Role:
* Develop and implement market-specific Performance Marketing strategies aligned with regional goals.
* Work closely with agencies to orchestrate and execute localised campaigns across multiple brands on Amazon.
* Partner with cross-functional regional and local teams (Commercial, Brand, Finance, etc.) to adapt campaign plans and messaging to each market.
* Ensure creative and media assets are localized and meet platform requirements.
* Monitor daily campaign performance, flag issues, and implement optimization tactics.
* Deliver market-specific performance reports with insights and action recommendations.
* Support budget tracking and effective allocation of marketing spend, escalating issues where necessary.
About You:
* 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, ideally with a focus on Amazon or retail media
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of Amazon advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques.
* Experience with additional tools/platforms such as SKAI, Pacvue, or other analytical platforms.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
* Strong project management and communication abilities.
