Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to join a market-leading estate agency with a great brand? Then, this may be the role for you!

This is a varied role, and our client is looking for someone who can deal with compliance, AML, HR/recruitment, and build & maintain relationships with suppliers. If you believe you can hit the ground running and achieve fantastic results, please get in touch today!
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing group compliance and audit checks, in conjunction with Lettings Operations Director
* Managing recruitment and HR processes and protocols
* Managing Health & Safety policies and protocols
* New joiner inductions and onboarding
* Group Money Laundering Reporting Officer
* Managing company hardware, in conjunction with IT supplier
* Procurement and managing relationships with suppliers ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Managing intruder and fire alarms where required
* Complaint investigations
* Compilation of company statistics as required.
Personal specification:
* Experience within a similar role within the property industry
* Understanding of HR processes and protocols
* Understanding of relevant compliance
* A strong work ethic
* A positive ‘can-do’ approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Great attention to detail
* The ability to work under pressure
* IT literate - excellent typing skills.
The salary on offer will be in the region of £45,000 to £70,000 depending on the experience, qualifications and ability of the successful candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
